About Us

Founder Alfredo Moreno began his career in the insurance industry in 1996. As he continued to gain experience, he became a licensed insurance company adjuster in 1998.

After spending several years working on behalf of insurance companies, Alfredo made the decision in 2004 to shift his focus and become a Public Adjuster—with the goal of helping policyholders navigate the claims process and secure the compensation they rightfully deserve.

Since then, he has leveraged his extensive industry knowledge and hands-on experience to maximize insurance settlements for his clients. Over the course of his career, Alfredo has handled thousands of claims and is a current member of FAPIA (Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters).
